Mobile Fuel Station Container Loading and Unloading Checklist RFQ Worksheet
Use this worksheet to turn mobile fuel station shipment handoff research into a quote-ready inquiry before contacting the sourcing team.
Buyer and market
Product selection questions
- Can the mobile station ship assembled, partially assembled, or in modules?
- Which lifting points, forklift pockets, crane capacity, access route, and unloading surface should be confirmed?
- What container loading, fastening, accessory packing, and protection photos should be requested before shipment?
- Who is responsible for unloading, site placement, document handoff, and arrival damage checks?
Quote-ready specification fields
- Tank capacity, wall design, assembled dimensions, gross weight if known, dispensing package, accessory list, and preferred assembled or modular shipment method.
- Destination site access, container or truck unloading method, forklift or crane availability, lifting point requirement, ground condition, and final placement distance.
- Loading photo list, fastening and protection method, loose accessory carton labels, document handoff, arrival inspection photos, damage reporting process, and installation timing.
Decision criteria
- Decide whether the station should ship assembled, partially assembled, or as modules based on dimensions, destination access, unloading equipment, and installation responsibility.
- Confirm lifting points, forklift pockets, center-of-gravity notes, crane or forklift capacity, road access, unloading surface, and site placement path before the quote is released.
- Define loading proof, fastening photos, accessory packing, loose-part labels, arrival inspection steps, and document handoff so responsibility is clear before cargo leaves.
QC and packing checks
- Review loading photos showing lifting points, skid support, tank protection, dispenser or pump protection, accessory cartons, fastening points, and container/truck position.
- Check that loose hoses, nozzles, valves, vents, grounding accessories, manuals, labels, and spare parts are packed and counted separately from the main tank body.
- Confirm the buyer receives unloading notes, packing photos, document copies, and arrival inspection steps before cargo reaches the destination.
Export notes to confirm
- If the destination cannot unload an assembled station, request modular packing before final quote approval instead of changing the plan after production.
- Oversized or assembled packages need earlier freight checks, route review, and unloading responsibility confirmation than pumps, meters, or accessory cartons.
- Arrival damage checks should compare unloading photos with pre-shipment loading photos so freight claims or repair decisions are handled quickly.
